Registration and Enrollment Process
Registration and enrollment is a two-step process. Click here to begin the online registration for the 25/26 school year.
Write down your Registration Application Number and provide it to the registrar.
New Students to Clark County School District (if you were enrolled in CCSD in previous years and left the district, now returning, you are a New Student): COSA students also need to complete the following.
Step One:
Complete the Online Registration at register.ccsd.net. Remember to write down your application number.
Step Two:
Email the following documents to aielldm@nv.ccsd.net
1. Proof of residency (utility bill or rental/mortgage statement)
2. Copy of up-to-date immunization records
3. Proof of Identity (birth certificate or passport)
4. Parent picture ID or passport
5. Completed Online Registration (please note the application number)
Bring the required documents listed above to the Registrar, office hours are M-F 7:30 AM to 2:00 PM, excluding holidays.
Returning Bob Miller MS Students
Step One:
Complete the Online Registration through your IC Parent Portal aka Campus Parent, remember to write down your application number. If you are unable to login to your portal click here to request a password reset.
Step Two:
Email the following documents to aielldm@nv.ccsd.net
1. Proof of residency (utility bill or rental/mortgage statement)
2. Copy of up-to-date immunization records Only for incoming 7th graders
3. Proof of Identity (birth certificate or passport)
4. Parent picture ID or passport
5. Completed Online Registration (please note the application number)
Step Three:
To ensure your child is placed in the just right classes, you must also complete the elective and placement Form below. Click on the Form for your child's grade level in the 25-26 school year.

Registration and Enrollment Information
The Clark County School District requires the Online Registration (OLR) to be completed for ALL STUDENTS EVERY SCHOOL YEAR.

Required Documents for Returning CCSD Students
Valid Photo Identification for Parent/Guardian
Updated Immunization Record, if new doses were received
Note: Tdap and MCV4 is required for ALL 7th Graders
Proof of Address (Current Power, Water, Gas, Lease, or Mortgage Statement)
Required Documents for New to CCSD Students (must be brought to the registrar in person):
Original Birth Certificate or Valid Passport for student (photocopies will NOT be accepted)
You may order a certified copy of the birth certificate from the state which it was issued, if your child was born in Nevada, click here to obtain a copy
Valid Photo Identification for Parent/Guardian
Current Immunization Record for Student
Proof of Address (Current Power, Water, Gas, Lease, or Mortgage Statement)
Court Documents (custody, legal guardianship, visitation, name change, etc.), if any
IEP or 504, if student has one

Report Card or Transcript from previous school(s)
Notes on Proof of Address:
If you only have a sales contract for the purchase of a new home as proof of address, the school will register your child on the condition that one additional proof of address (Power, Water, or Gas) is submitted within 30 days. Driver's license, telephone bill, or cable bill are NOT acceptable.
If you do not have documentation because you are living in a temporary or homeless situation, please call Title I Homeless Outreach Program for Education at 702-855-6682.
Change of School Assignment, Shared Housing, and Title I Hope Information:
Change of School Assignment (COSA):
If you are not zoned for Bob Miller MS and would still like your child to attend this school you will need to apply for a COSA, please go to itsyourchoice.ccsd.net, under Change of School Assignment (COSA) click Learn More.
To submit a COSA application, click Apply Now at the top of the page and follow the prompts
COSA will process your application and let you know if it was approved
If approved, you MUST accept the seat on the School Mint website

Shared Housing:
If you checked YES to the shared housing question in the OLR (online registration), you will be prompted to upload verifying documentation while completing your online registration. Shared Housing will contact you regarding your status.
BEFORE you begin your enrollment with the Registrar a Shared Housing Application must be COMPLETED and APPROVED. You will not be able to enroll without approval from Shared Housing.
