Starting October 2, the CCSD Family Support Center will hold weekly virtual office hours via Google Meet every Thursday.
These sessions are designed for individuals who may find it challenging to visit our physical location and will provide direct support and answers to questions about our available services.
CCSD Staff: 10:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m.
Families/Parents: 2:30 p.m.–3:30 p.m.

The next school year starts Aug. 11, 2025, and the city of Las Vegas invites your children to enjoy another year of fun and engaging programming.
Safekey registration is online only and will open for the new school year Tuesday, July 22, at 9 a.m. New families may create an account and register by accessing the portal below.

Families should click on the Registration tab in their online account and must select the specific school that their child will be attending. Remember to update your child's grade.

Safekey Program Description
Safekey Program Description
Safekey offers opportunities for learning beyond the school bell and is designed for children ages 5-11 attending kindergarten through fifth grade. It is offered at 70 elementary schools within the city. There is a one-time annual $25 registration fee per child, per account. Morning passes cost $7, while afternoon passes cost $10.
The program uses the school district calendar as a guide and operates on days that in-person school instruction is in session. Daily and weekly scheduled activities include physical fitness, arts and crafts, games, STEAM activities, special events, homework time, literacy programming and nutritious afternoon snacks. The Department of Youth Development & Social Initiatives manages the program. Program hours vary by site.
The Safekey Administrative Office is located at Las Vegas City Hall, located at 495 S. Main St., fifth floor.
Please visit our Customer Care Center located at 500 S. Main St. (adjacent to the City Hall parking garage) for all in-person cash, check or money order Safekey payments.
The CCSD Family Support Center provides support to students and families through information, education, and community resources. Our aim is to aid student success by addressing students’ social, physiological, emotional, and linguistic needs.
