Mrs. Warner and Mrs. Golda are here to support your child's LOVE of Reading! We have the Library arranged to set your child up for success.

(Keep in mind, I am not a Webmaster, so if you see a document or link that will not open or even a typo, email me and I will correct it. I still cannot get these bullets aligned!)

On a personal note......I enjoy what I do. My 4th grade teacher figured out that I really couldn't read so she had me become a Library Aide! About 10 years ago I followed though with becoming a Librarian, my childhood career dream.

I've worked for CCSD for 24 years. I have a Masters in Administration and endorsements in Reading, English as a Second Language, and Library Science.

I'm originally from Baltimore, Maryland. I moved here with my husband, George in 1998. We have 2 boys, Reno and Carson. Both of my boys, Reno and Carson, are attending Utah Tech (formally Dixie State) in St. George.

"Drop & Go" located outside of the Library.

OPEN LIBRARY EXCHANGE: NOT AVAILABLE!!!!

I was assigned MORNING DUTY so OPEN LIBRARY has been TERMINATED for students and families.

Students will have to put

BOOKS ON HOLD THROUGH DESTINY

OES LIBRARY PROCEDURES

*Library Lesson available through Canvas (if needed)

*50 minute block (30 minutes lesson, 20 checkout/practice task

*Students/Families can use the Destiny Discover Link below to put books on HOLD.

*If you lose of damage a book, please contact me through email, it happens!

*You and your child are never to stress about a missing, "overdue", or damaged book.

*"Overdue" notices are just reminders with a picture of the book.

*There are NO fines in elementary library.

*Students DO NOT have to check out books from OES, they can bring their own reading materials to their library session.

*Students are encouraged to check out at least two (2) books, one they could read independently and one that makes their HEART happy! We have plenty of books at OES!

Grades are:

E (Excellent)

S (Satisfactory)

N (Needs Improvement)

Download the Infinite Campus App or a student can go through Clever and check their own grades.
