Academic Plan Reviews in CCSD

• Each ninth-grade student must have an approved four-year academic plan. The academic plan must set forth the specific educational goals that the student intends to achieve before graduation from high school. 

• Counselors will meet with each student every year in person to establish and review individual academic plans. 

• A parent must approve the plan each year in the Infinite Campus Parent Portal - instructions are below.

• Counselors will also discuss postsecondary and career plans with students to help guide them on their path to meet their goals for college, employment, military service, etc.
