GoGuardian

GoGuardian is on when you see a small school building in the corner of your screen. 

GoGuardian helps monitor student internet activity on school-issued devices and accounts to ensure online safety and focus on educational purposes.  

School filtering policies can block websites by specific URLs, categories, or keywords. Schools set their own restrictions. If you see a Restricted or blocked page, it was determined that it may have unsafe or inappropriate content for the age level or it is an inappropriate time at school for the student to be web browsing.

There may be times when a site or video is blocked that a student may need access to for research or project. These should be reported to the teacher so they can get them cleared with the NVLA site based technician (SBT).
