You can print out the double entry journal below or recreate the document on a piece of notebook paper. All responses must be handwritten.

PART 1

After reviewing the questions you missed:

-Explain what you think the question was asking.

-Explain why you think you missed each question.

PART 2

Create a double entry response for each question you missed.

Ex: If you missed five questions, you need to write five entries.

Ex: If you missed three questions, you need write three entries

Once you have turned in an acceptable assignment, a retake will be assigned to you, and you can take it from home.
