This interactive space was created to help you manage stress, reset your emotions, and practice healthy coping skills.
How to use it:
Click on different items in the room (for example: radio, books, pets, fidgets, electronics, etc.). Each clickable item will take you to a coping tool, calming activity, or short strategy you can try in the moment.
Take your time exploring. If one tool doesn’t feel helpful, simply go back and click on something else. The goal is to find strategies that work best for you when you need to calm down, refocus, or take a mental break.
You can use this space anytime you need a reset.
