Effective September 16, 2013, the Clark County School District no longer accept requests from K-12 institutions by mail or facsimile. All requests for student records from K-12 institutions must be made through our online system and will be processed by our Student Data Services Department.
Please submit your request at transcripts.ccsd.net or clarknvscriborder.com and allow 10 days for processing.

Graduation Requirements

NOTE: New Standard Diploma Requirements beginning with the class of 2022
As required by Assembly Bill 7 (2017), on Thursday, April 26, 2018, the State Board of Education approved new regulations to update the requirements for students to earn a standard diploma, beginning with the class of 2022.
This will increase the number of credits required from 22.5 to 23.0 and requires students to earn two college and career ready flex credits, which include any combination of the following: a level II or level III career and technical education course, a fourth year of mathematics which must include Algebra II, a third year of social studies, or a third year of science.

These changes will require amendment to CCSD Regulation 5127, High School Graduation Requirements, which the Curriculum and Professional Development Division will prepare and submit to the CCSD Board of School Trustees for possible approval this summer. Additional information will also be developed and shared to assist schools in communicating these changes to students and parents.
