Online Registration
Register your child or children on the CCSD Parent Portal via Infinite Campus. When you have completed the registration, please complete this form and upload the required documentation. Registration Tips
Bring proof of residency (ex: current gas, water, or power bill, mortgage/rent receipt, etc.) If you are living with someone, you will need a completed residential affidavit notarized and the ID of the person you are living with.

Photo ID
If you are coming from out of state please bring the following when you come to register your child:
* A Certified copy of your child's birth certificate.
* A record of your child's immunizations.
* Bring proof of residency (ex: current gas, water, or power bill, mortgage/rent receipt, etc.) If you are living with someone, you will need a completed residential affidavit notarized and the ID of the person you are living with.
* Photo ID
All registration must be done online. The link is above and can also be found at CCSD.net. This cannot be done on a phone or tablet. You will need your user ID and password. Once the information is complete you should get a email with a access number, this might take a few hours to go through.
Once you receive the access number you can bring that and the proof of address (no Phone or Cable bill ) and your ID. If you need assistance with this, please call the school before you come, so we can look up your information. This will help with completing the process faster and will get you on your way!
