Coaching Staff
Hello! I am Coach Victoria, a Kay Carl ES, Lied Stem Academy, and Shadow Ridge HS Cheerleading Alumni who was also captain my junior year in 2021-22. I competed in elementary cheer, with the dance team in middle school, and all 4 years of high school. I competed with JV cheer from 2019-2022, Group Stunt in 2023, and on the Varsity team in 2022-2023.
I have won first in the 2019 & 2021 USA classic competition JV division, 2023 Group Stunt division, Top Gun Stunt in 2022, and WCC Vegas Crown National Champions in 2023. If I didn't win first place, I have won at least top 5 in near every competition I've competed at.
With competitive cheerleading being my passion, I absolutely love being a coach for the little ones and teaching them the skills I learned throughout my years. I have the knowledge of what cheerleading skills are required for future years of cheerleading, so being able to teach them those skills is fun for me.
Kay Carl is a special place to me as I went here throughout all elementary years, volunteered here since 6th grade, and now work here. My mother, Ms. L-Cruz, has been volunteering at Kay Carl since I've been in Kindergarten & is now the School Community Liasion at KCES. My brother, Coach Tony, has been a KCES soccer, football, and basketball coach for a couple years. I have 3 younger siblings here aswell, so my family has always been involved with the school.
I am currently a Teacher Aide for Intermediate Autism here at Kay Carl ES, and I plan to get my degree in elementary education to become an elementary school teacher!
Hello! I am Coach Imagen, a soccer, flag football, and archery coach here at Kay Carl Elementary school. I have been coaching here at KCES since my senior year of high school in 2020! I started as just a volunteer helping coach Kish and Tisdale coach their soccer teams. After I graduated they gave me my own teams and showed me all the ropes to coaching and managing multiple sports. I am still here coaching to this year!
I went to school here, where in my fifth grade year I was accepted into their varsity cheer team. This is actually where the other Coach Victoria and I met! I have always wanted to continue in cheer but I followed my dreams of being a teacher instead. I went to Northwest Career and Technical Academy to advance in teaching. I took multiple college classes along with teaching their Kindergarten and Special Education programs once a week. Now I am blessed to do both!
Coaching cheer has been so uniquine. Both Victoria and I have put many hours into these teams and can't wait to see how much more we can build it up. It started as a little spirit club with kindergarteners to full sets of routines and stunts in such a short amount of time. Our possibilities are endless! We can't wait to see everything from their uniforms all the way to their routines and competitions evolve.
