The following are some pre-made workouts with tracking sheets and drill instructions that can be done on your own. Make sure you keep track of your workouts to show yourself and coaches your progress. Be honest with tracking and your progress, it only hurts you if you cheat.
The workouts are listed in order of challenge and difficulty. Be honest with yourself to know which workout you should be working on for the week (not too easy, not too hard). Challenge yourself, but be realistic.

Make sure you use your CCSD account to open the workouts otherwise the sharing permissions won't be available.
