Welcome to the Music Room. Here at Goolsby Elementary School students experience music through active participation. If you walked in our classroom you would likely see children singing, dancing, playing games & instruments as well as creating! Children learn best through play, so why not do what comes naturally!

Recorder is taught to students in 4th and 5th Grade. Students are encouraged to buy their own recorder to use in class. This however is not required and recorders are available to borrow during their music class. Students may buy them during music class only and they are kept at school in the music room. You are more than welcome to buy two, one for home and one for school!
