Mr. Halpin Bio: I am a graduate of the University of Nevada Las Vegas and a diehard Rebel fan.  I have been a counselor at Greenspun Junior High School since 2007.  My wife and I love to travel and hope to be able to go back to Europe again this summer.  I love to get out into nature and spend time with my family.  My goals are to always keep improving and to help students aim for and achieve their goals.
