On this page, you will find suggestions for apps, books, videos, and community resources. These are suggestions and do not replace Licensed Mental Health Services. The Mental Health Corner is not designed to diagnose a condition or substitute care from a mental health professional. These suggestions provide activities, encouragement, and other techniques to practice daily as a simple way to work on your mental health to provide extra support. 

Would you like to be connected to a therapist? 

Care Solace is a new resource available to CCSD students, families, and staff this year. It guides the transition to mental health services by coordinating care. The Care Team has expert experience in navigating barriers to accessing mental health care. 

To make a referral, please email me (mengim@nv.ccsd.net) and I will reach out to you to discuss this further.
