The Digital Game Development program engages students with the arts and science of game creation through coding, design, and storytelling. Students learn game mechanics, level design, and programming using industry-standard tools like Unity, Unreal Engine, and C#. Emphasizing hands-on, project-based learning, the program guides students through the development of original games that reflect diverse perspectives and address real-world themes. Collaboration with local creatives and tech professionals helps students connect their work to the broader community and gain industry insight. With a focus on equity and innovation, the program prepares students for college pathways and careers in game design, software development, and interactive media.
