1. Click on the right corner of the document to open it up in view mode.
2. In order to see everything students see in google slides you need to change the mode.
- In the URL change "/present?slide=id.p" to /view.
- (Example: https://docs.google.com/presentation/d/1xoK-QN620EYr-f8ya2oswqK-KVuzByx8m60j7rw0fHY/present?slide=id.p is changed to https://docs.google.com/presentation/d/1xoK-QN620EYr-f8ya2oswqK-KVuzByx8m60j7rw0fHY/view
3. Click file and make a copy. This makes a new file for you to edit.
