Join The Color Guard
What is Color Guard?
In marching band, the color guard is a non-musical section that provides visual aspects to the performance. The color guard interprets the music that the marching band is playing with choreographed spinning of flags, sabres, rifles, and through dance.
Who Can Join? Anyone! No experience necessary!!!
Perks of joining Color Guard
· Earn P. E. Waiver. That's right! Color Guard is a great way to fulfill your P.E. 2 requirement through the Marching Band Class.
· Fine Arts Requirement. Color guard uses elements of ballet, modern, and jazz technique, and will count towards your fine arts requirement!
· Join the FUN!!! We have a summer camp where you can meet lots of people. Color guard offers a fun and creative way to work out and perform with friends.
