About

My name is Heidi Tertipes and this is my 17th year of teaching in the Clark County School District (CCSD). I started this incredible journey as a teacher where I taught fifth grade for one year and second grade for four years at Roger Bryan Elementary School. I have worked at Pat A. Diskin Elementary for the past 12 years. I spent 10 years working as an Educational Computer Strategist and the past two years as a Learning Strategist.

I enjoy working with my "Diskin Family" during the day and look forward to teaching my fellow colleagues in the evenings. I love to learn and continue to attend classes focusing on literacy, math, science, and technology. I look forward to the new adventures that come my way during my teaching career.
