Mrs. Bitar- Vanderburg Elementary School Counselor

Elementary School Counselors provide young learners with effective and developmentally appropriate tools for communicating, making decisions and developing friendships and coping skills. Counselors provide services through classroom lessons, responsive services, system support, and individual planning at the elementary level.

Hello,

I am Mrs. Bitar, your school counselor. I am excited to meet all of you! I have worked for the Clark County School District for twenty years, and I am originally from Oklahoma. My husband and I are proud parents of two boys, a 7th grader and 8th grader. We have a very loving black dachshund named Parker. Some of my favorite things are to meet new people, read, spend time with family and learn new skills. I love my job and the opportunity it provides to work with all students, families and teachers each day. I look forward to meeting everyone in this beautiful community.
