About Me

My name is Susan Marchon and I am a counselor at Western High School. I currently serve students in grades 9 - 12 with last names, Jp - Mon. I have been a counselor at the middle and high school level for the past 6 years. Prior to being a counselor, I was a middle and high school Health teacher. I received my Bachelor's degree in Health Education from UNLV, and my Master's degree in School Counseling from the University of Phoenix.

I am originally from Long Island, New York and have lived in Las Vegas for the past 13 years. When I am not working, I love spending time with my family, watching sports and doing arts and crafts. I have three young children and am engaged to a wonderful man (who is also a school counselor!)

I am dedicated to our students and look forward to a successful and happy 2018-2019 school year!
