I am Chef Munoz and I am the Executive Chef Instructor at Southwest Career and Technical Academy. I have 38 years of experience as an Educator/Culinary/Baking and Pastry Instructor after receiving Bachelor of Science Degree in Education, Minor in Physical Education, and a Minor in Criminal Justice at The University of Texas at El Paso: (UTEP). Along with a Master of Arts Degree in Educational Administration from New Mexico State University. As well as a Certificate of Culinary Arts Degree: Le Cordon Bleu Las Vegas. I also have a Bachelor of Science degree in Culinary Arts/Baking and Pastry from LeCordon Bleu. I have taught in grades 2nd thru 12th and I currently teach 3 different levels of Culinary thru Recipe writing, Recipe deconstruction, Recipe demonstrations, Lectures, Safety Sanitation Guidelines and Regulation testing.
