Registrars office is able to assist with the following situations:
Registration (once Online Registration has been completed) and enrollment
Records requests
Updating parent &/or student information
Enrollment verification for Social Security &/or tax purposes
Registration & Enrollment for 2026-2027 school year
REGISTRATION FOR 2026-2027 IS NOT OPEN until April 20, 2026
REGISTRATION IS A TWO-STEP PROCESS
Step 1. Complete the Online Registration (OLR) through this link: CCSD Online Registration
-Parents of current CCSD students submit the OLR through your Parent Portal.
-Parents of New/Returning. Click on the link, then submit through the OLR Icon.
*Once this is completed, monitor your email for an application/confirmation (OLR) number from CCSD. You will need this to complete step 2.
Step 2. Stop by our office and bring all the documents required (listed below) for us to finalize your student's enrollment.
NEW Students (ALL incoming freshmen and/or students coming from out of state/district/country. This includes Nevada charter, private and non CCSD magnet school) need the following documents:
*Please be sure that the proof of residency document and parent/guardian names on valid ID match.
Child's Birth Certificate
Child's Immunization Record (Shots must be up-to-date and will be reviewed by a Nurse in the health office. They will contact you if they need further health information)
Parent's Valid Identification (Must not be expired. Drivers license, passport or state ID)
Parent's Current Proof of Address (utility bill gas, power, or water only); or
Official lease agreement with Lessee & Lessor signatures. MUST BE CURRENT. It needs to provide the following information:
Name of parent/guardian
Name of Landlord
Length of lease (Start & end Date)
Signatures of both parties.
*If you submit a lease/sales contract that is dated more than 30 days, you will be asked to submit a utility bill instead. Lease documents are not valid as a proof of residence for longer than 30 days.
NEW students enrolling mid-year will require an official transcript as well as progress grades from previous school. Our office will accept unofficial transcripts to complete enrollment.
Current students need the following documents:

Parent's Valid Identification
Parent's Current Proof of Address (utility bill gas, power, or water only)
ONCE BOTH STEPS ARE COMPLETE - You will receive an Enrollment Complete email letting you know your student may start school the following day.
PLEASE be sure to provide transportation for your student at least for the first two days of school as transportation takes 24-48 hours to update and assign bus routes.
If you have moved and need to update your address, please fill out the form below and provide all required documentation. Also keep in mind that your new address will be zone verified before changes are made. If you have moved outside of Centennial's zone, you will have to transfer your child to your new zoned school.
You must bring/submit one of the following (along with a parent/guardian valid ID that matches the name on the document):
Recent utility bill
Rent receipt
Residence Lease or Sales Contract
Note: If you only have a sales contract for the purchase or lease of a new home as proof of address, the school will register your child on the condition that one additional proof of address from the above list is submitted within 30 days.
**Driver's license, telephone bill or cable bill are NOT acceptable.
If you do not have documentation because you are living in a temporary or homeless situation, call Title I Homeless Outreach Program for Education at 702-855-6682.
Infinite Campus only allows FOUR emergency contact names. The names you provide will replace all others in our system. Parent or legal guardian identification is needed to complete this process. Email address that is being used to fill out this form must also match the parent or guardian email in IC.
If you are a parent/guardian having trouble accessing your Parent Portal through Infinite Campus, you may fill this form out to request assistance in resetting your login information.
If you are a student and need help with your school email or IC login, please stop by room 216 or 214 during non-class time to see Mr. Mohamed or Mr. Selvester.
For 2024 Graduates (SY23-24) and any years prior:
You will need to request your transcripts through the Scribbles website link provided HERE.
For 2025 Graduates (SY24-25) and current seniors (Class of 2026):
You may request your transcripts HERE
Current students (9th to 11th grade):
Registrars will not provide an official copy for personal use. If the student has transferred to a different school outside of CCSD, the new school must request records through the Scribbles website link provided HERE.
Scholarship Purposes:
If an official transcript is needed for educational reasons, an institution address must be provided.
Enrollment purposes:
If a student is transferring out of state or district, some schools (such as private or charter) require transcripts upon registration/enrollment. An unofficial transcript can be provided to the parent/guardian.
