This application must include the following:
1. The application as a cover page.
2. Letter of nomination from a Varsity Quiz coach.
3. A one page essay by the nominated student addressing:
a. What you have gained from participating in Varsity Quiz.
b. If you have applied to a college/university, trade school or the military,
please list their names or branch.
c. Include your intended major or area of focus.
