Get to Know Me
My name is Ann Vargas and I am currently a student at Southeast Career Technical Academy. I am a senior and my major is Nursing Assistant. I was born and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada. I live in a Mexican-Cuban household. I am a Sunday school teacher at my church which has led to my interest in pediatrics. I feel that every child should be given the best care and all their parent's attention and love. That is one of the main reasons why I decided to "found" the Precious Baby organization- in hopes of relieving the stress parents of a newborn feel and promote pediatric care of newborns.

My Plans for the Future
My current plan for the future is to go to college in the state of Nevada. I will be a full-time student and my major will be PRE-Nursing at either University of Nevada Las Vegas or Nevada State College. I am applying for scholarships and I will work a part-time job then I could hopefully graduate debt-free. I aspire to be a pediatric nurse or a travel nurse in the future.
