Mrs. Juanita Booker Frasier is a South Carolina native and a dedicated educator with over 30 years of experience. She is in her 17th year of school administration within the Clark County School District and is entering her 13th year as principal of Dean Allen Elementary School for the 2025-2026 school year. Prior to this role, she served as dean of students at both Escobedo and Swainston Middle Schools. Mrs. Frasier began her career in 1995 as a science and mathematics teacher in the Charleston and Spartanburg County School Districts in South Carolina. She joined the Clark County School District in 2002, where she has served as a math teacher, dean of students, and principal.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from the College of Charleston, a Master of Arts in Educational Administration and Supervision from the University of Phoenix, an Educational Leadership Certification from Georgetown University, and a Certification in School Leadership and Management from Harvard University.
Mrs. Frasier is known for her commitment to building strong relationships with students, families, and staff to drive academic success. She actively collaborates with community partners to provide essential resources and believes in creating a supportive, data-informed learning environment focused on closing achievement gaps and fostering student growth.
She has been married to Edward Frasier III for 31 years. They have three adult children: Edward IV (30), married to Dalia; Adrie (29), married to Rohit; and Stewart (24). She enjoys spending time with her family, reading, gardening, attending church, and golfing with her husband when the weather allows. She resides in the Centennial Hills area.
