Principal Juanita Booker Frasier
Mrs. Juanita Booker Frasier is a South Carolina native and a dedicated educator with over 30 years of experience. She is in her 17th year of school administration within the Clark County School District and is entering her 13th year as principal of Dean Allen Elementary School for the 2025-2026 school year. Prior to this role, she served as dean of students at both Escobedo and Swainston Middle Schools. Mrs. Frasier began her career in 1995 as a science and mathematics teacher in the Charleston and Spartanburg County School Districts in South Carolina. She joined the Clark County School District in 2002, where she has served as a math teacher, dean of students, and principal.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from the College of Charleston, a Master of Arts in Educational Administration and Supervision from the University of Phoenix, an Educational Leadership Certification from Georgetown University, and a Certification in School Leadership and Management from Harvard University.
Mrs. Frasier is known for her commitment to building strong relationships with students, families, and staff to drive academic success. She actively collaborates with community partners to provide essential resources and believes in creating a supportive, data-informed learning environment focused on closing achievement gaps and fostering student growth.
She has been married to Edward Frasier III for 31 years. They have three adult children: Edward IV (30), married to Dalia; Adrie (29), married to Rohit; and Stewart (24). She enjoys spending time with her family, reading, gardening, attending church, and golfing with her husband when the weather allows. She resides in the Centennial Hills area.
Assistant Principal Kristin Gonzalez
Mrs. Kristin Gonzalez was born in Phoenix, Arizona but was raised in Las Vegas, Nevada. She graduated from Rancho High School in 1991 and went on to earn a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Nevada Las Vegas. Kristin began her teaching career in 2007 here at Dean Allen Elementary School, where she remained until becoming a Clark County School District administrator in 2020. She holds a Master of Education in Educational Administration from Concordia University. Since joining the Clark County School District, she has served as an elementary teacher, Read by Third Grade Literacy Specialist, teacher trainer in mathematics, and assistant principal.
Kristin is a dedicated educator who works hard to build respectful and meaningful relationships with staff, students, and parents. Her highest priority is to help foster student growth and success. She believes in developing positive working relationships with teachers and assisting them with creating rich educational experiences and environments that inspire students to be stewards of their learning.
Kristin has been married to her husband for twenty-nine years. They have two sons, Trevor (26) and Josh (21). She enjoys spending time with family and friends, listening to audiobooks, and cooking.
