Students should gather at the basketball court near the gym at 7:00 a.m. Rehearsal will last approximately an hour and a half. At the conclusion of the rehearsal, the students will receive their graduation program packet, which includes four souvenir grad programs, earned certificates and seals, earned regalia, and graduation tickets.
Due to popular demand, every senior will now be getting 12 tickets to the graduation ceremony at the Orleans Arena. We will have an exchange table available in the gym during the rehearsal where students may drop off/pick up extra tickets if needed. Availability will be limited. Children attending the event will also need a ticket.
The ceremony will be live-streamed via www.ccsd.net.
Graduation tickets will be distributed at Graduation Rehearsal on May 22, 2023.
Jostens' caps, gowns, and tassel orders have come in, please click on the link below to view the list of students whose orders have arrived at NWCTA.
The commencement ceremony will be photographed professionally by GradImages. Please click on the link below if you wish to register early in order to receive your proofs.
No bags or backpacks will be permitted into the venue except for one small personal clear bag per person no larger than 12”x12”x6” or one small clutch no larger than 4.5”x6.5”
Strollers and booster seats are not allowed
Weapons of any kind including Firearms, Pepper Spray, Knives, Mace or Handcuffs.
Outside Food, Beverages, or Alcohol.
Cans, Bottles, Flasks, or Containers.
Professional Cameras with a detachable lens or external flash.
Selfie Sticks, Tripods, Monopods.
Audio/Visual Recording Devices.
Strollers and Booster Seats.
Flammable Liquids, Fireworks, or Flares.
Laser Pointers and Flashlights.
Federally Illegal Drugs or Substances to include Marijuana.
Animals or Pets (accommodations made for service animals).
Signs, Flags, or Banners exceeding 11”X17” or attached to a Pole/Stick. Sign must be relevant to event. Management reserves the right to prohibit or remove a sign or banner at any time.
Laptops, Personal Computers, or tablets
Noise Making Devices.
Balloons, Balls or Projectiles.
Skateboards, Segway’s, Scooters, Rollerblades, Bicycles, Hover Boards and Helmets.
Coolers, Ice Chests, Umbrellas.
Patrons Without Shoes or Shirt.
Masks, Chains, or Studded Belts/Bracelets.
Drones.
Handouts: Flyers, Pamphlets, Ads
The Orleans Arena is committed to providing a safe and comfortable experience for all our guests, performers and team members. To make your visit enjoyable for all, we ask that you refrain from any of the following behavior.
Disruptive behavior including profane, offensive or threatening language.
Possession of any of the Orleans Arena’s Prohibited items.
Refusal to move from a seat or location which the guest does not have tickets, access or credentials.
Public intoxication, underage drinking, providing false identification or providing alcohol for an underage guest.
Refusal to present a ticket upon request.
Fighting, spitting or throwing of any object.
Smoking or vaping in an area not designated as such. We provide a smoking balcony located on either side of the concourse for convenience.
Attempting to enter unauthorized areas.
Signs with offensive or profane language.
Scalping of tickets or possession of stolen tickets.
Please help us provide a pleasant experience for all guests by reporting any issues to any Orleans Arena Team Member including ushers, security and management. We appreciate your cooperation and Thank you for choosing The Orleans Arena.
Stoles: The only stoles allowed will be those awarded by BCON, HEA or those receiving the CNR certificate
Only items earned at school or provided at CCSD sponsored cultural ceremonies
No floral leis, no money leis, no candy leis, no personal stoles, etc.
Students will NOT be allowed to decorate or throw their caps during the graduation ceremony
CCSD school dress code will still be applicable during the graduation ceremony
Graduates will arrive carrying their gown
Graduates cannot have bags of any kind brought into venue
We recommend that students bring comfortable shoes
