The Clark County School District Reorganizational plan will address student achievement by empowering NWCTA to pursue strategies that are tailored to realities on the ground, bring more people– especially parents and community leaders– to the table to address issues of student achievement, ensure resources follow students and their particular needs and ensuring as many resources as possible flow to our school.
Our purpose is to provide input on the budget and school performance plan each spring, use data to guide key decisions focused on student achievement and assist with the selection of the next principal when there is a vacancy. The team will work with the principal to ensure that meetings are open to the public, team meetings are held at least once a month, a quorum, consisting of a majority of the members, is present for voting and a notice is posted at least three working days prior to each meeting.
