Everyone goes through challenges sometimes. You don't have to go through them alone. Mental health support is available to help students feel supported, build coping skills, and navigate challenges at school and at home.
Check-Ins
Short, supportive conversations for students who want to talk, process something that happened, or check in about how they are doing.
Individual Support
One-on-one support for students who may benefit from additional support with their emotions, relationshops, school orlife outside of school.
Group Support
Small groups where students can connect with others and learn about topics such as coping skills, stress, friendships, confidence and more.
SEL Lessons
Social-emotional learning (SEL) lessons help students build skills for understanding emotions, managing stress, building healthy relationships, and reaching their goals. SEL lessons may take place in classrooms, small groups, or other school settings.
Wellness Activities
Throughout the school year, I'll offer activities that promote mental health, self-care, connection, and overall well-being. These may include mindfulness activities, coping skills, stress-relief activities, creative activities, and opportunities to connect with others.
