Recommendations for poster presentation
1. Technical Specifications
To ensure your poster is displayed correctly on our digital screens, please adhere strictly to the following specifications:
File Format: PDF (High-Quality Print) is the required format.
Note: Video and audio are not supported in the PDF file.
Orientation: Portrait (Vertical)
Aspect Ratio: 9:16
Resolution: Minimum 1080 pixels (width) x 1920 pixels (height).
File Size: The file size should not exceed 20 MB.
Color Mode: RGB (preferred for screen display).
2. Design & Formatting Recommendations
Since E-Posters will be viewed on a digital screen, readability is key.
Fonts: Use Times New Roman font to ensure cross-platform compatibility.
Images & Charts: Ensure all graphics, tables, and photographs are high resolution (minimum 150 dpi) to avoid pixelation.
Layout: Keep the design clean and uncluttered. Use bullet points and clear headings to guide the viewer.
3. Content Requirements
Your E-Poster should include the following standard sections:
1. Header: Paper Title, Author Names, and Affiliations.
2. Introduction / Background
3. Objectives
4. Methodology
5. Results / Findings
6. Conclusion
7. Contact Information
4. File Naming & Submission
Naming Convention: Please name your file using your Registration ID and Last Name.
Format: Registration ID_LastName.pdf
Example: ICPC20260001_Smith.pdf
Submission Deadline: All files must be uploaded by April 30th, 2026, [4.00 pm. (UTC+7)].

5. Important Notes
No Editing On-Site: Please note that you will not be able to edit your file after submission or during the conference.
Static Display: The E-Poster system supports static images only. Do not embed animations or hyperlinks.
