Induction Day

The induction day is for new families and will take place on Monday, August 18 and Tuesday, August 19.  We look forward to meeting fathers, mothers and children in person.  

Each day will have 30-minute time slots from 9:00 AM to 2:30 PM, but they are limited, so please select your preferred time as soon as possible to ensure availability. If your preferred time is no longer available, please choose another suitable time or select another day.

If you can't make it, you can pick up the uniforms and ID on the first day of school. 

 During Induction Day you will:

• Pick up your child's uniform.

• Pick up your child's ID card (please make sure they're wearing a white polo shirt or plain white t-shirt for the picture).

• Fill out The MOE documents (Provided by The Admissions department).

• Submit the Medical Form. If you did not submit the form, kindly fill out the Medical Form.

• Submit any missing documents (hard-copy). Below you can find the complete list of required documents:

1. A copy of Child's Birth Certificate. 

2. A copy of Family ID Card.

3. Residency ID for non-Saudis. (Student & Father)

4. A copy of Father's ID Card.

5. A copy of Father’s passport.

6. A copy of Mother’s passport.

7. A copy of Student’s passport.

8. 4 photos of student (4x6)

9. A copy of Child's vaccination certificate.

10. Child's previous original school reports

11. Equivalence Certificate from the Ministry of Education. (This applies to transferees from Community schools within and all schools outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia)
