Paul graduated Lincoln University to work for private and public clients until he dedicated himself to ensuring generations would enjoy the natural environment that he does. An avid surfer and waterman he learned the values of the New Zealand coastal wilderness.

Paul contributed at National level on guidance work for parks management, is a Green Flag Award Judge and multi parks project award winner.  

His focus is on recreation. Further he is able to provide expertise in coastal recreation management and finding the balance between the user enjoyment and the impact of use, and vice versa.

Paul cut his teeth on government contracts in 1990's in high ecological value projects. 

Paul continued to get involved in Parks and Recreation projects across all aspects in New Zealand.  He has managed over $75 Million in projects from Coastal Erosion to Skateparks and International Facilities.

Currently Paul provides consultancy to Park managers, asset owners and facility operators. Proudly project managing the Ruakaka Recreation Centre from Feasibility to construction, a $5 Millin project in Northland.
