This Google Sites page is for Google Gems. Gems is a new app from Google. It helps teachers and students make small programs for special tasks. We will show you how to make Gems on another page. Below are two examples of Gems you can use for language practice.
The first Gem is called TASDL Grammar Practice Gem. When you click on this gem, it first asks you whether you would like to study in English or Japanese. Then it asks for your language level from CEFR, Eiken, TOEIC, and TOEFL. Then, the gem will ask what grammar you want to study. If you do not know what you would like to study, it will give you some topics to choose from.
The second Gem is TASDL Reading Practice Gem. With this gem, you also choose your language level from CEFR, Eiken, TOEIC, and TOEFL. Then you can choose a topic you want to read about. Gemini will write a short text for you at your level. After you read, it will ask you questions about new words, true/false questions, and multiple-choice questions. Last, it will ask a discussion question about the topic.
