Aidyn, as a Chair, sets the direction of development, strategic distribution of responsibilities, and management of the Organizing Committee. Madina is responsible for supporting the Chair in ensuring the smooth functioning of the Committee.

Dana, Perizat, Kuralay, Darya. The role of the team is to set the vision for and manage the overall promotion strategy of the conference, and ensure that the program is in concert with the goals of the conference.

Medina, Sagydat, Tamila, Ayazhan, Oizhamol. The main task of this team is to make sure that everything goes smoothly on the day of the conference and every delegate is satisfied.

Tagir, Aigerim and Aisha are responsible for budget planning and logistics management.
