Associate professor in the department of Chemistry. Dr. Atabaev as an Adviser provides guidance, expertise, and support throughout the process of organizing a chemistry conference. His experience and insights contribute to the success of the event, ensuring that it aligns with the highest standards of the field. 

Amir, as a Chair oversees the entire conference organization process, providing strategic direction and ensuring that all tasks are completed on time. Azamat, as Secretary works closely with the chair and the organizing committee, providing administrative support and ensuring that all team members are informed about the conference's progress and requirements.

Alua, Ofeliya, Lyailya, and Imanzhussip.  The program and Promotion team develops a detailed schedule for the conference ensuring a balanced and engaging program for attendees and also develops a comprehensive marketing strategy to promote the conference, which may include social media campaigns.

Ilyar, Almaz, and Yegor. The committee assists poster presenters in understanding the guidelines for creating and presenting their posters. They are responsible for coordinating with speakers to ensure that they are prepared for their presentations and also arrange catering services for the reception.

Akmaral, Amina, and Nursultan. The committee is responsible for securing sponsorships and partnerships to generate additional funding for the conference and is also responsible for selecting and managing the conference venue.
