Dr. Kaczorowska任教於瑞典查爾斯摩理工學院，亦是瑞典建築師協會的成員、歐洲都市規劃系所聯會的教育優化委員會成員，並同時作為執業建築師、都市規劃師、都市設計師活躍於實務界。他的學術專長為永續都市轉型（sustainable urban transformation）與空間決策工具（spatial decision support tools, SDST）應用，聚焦社會-生態系統（socio-ecology）、都市文化、基礎設施等次領域相關的研究，藉由發展理論和規劃方法同時在學術與實務面向帶來貢獻。圍繞上述主題，他曾出版博士論文Spatial Decision Support Methods for Urban Development in Contemporary Cities，歷年執行相關重要研究計畫包含Urban Biodiversity and Ecosystem Services in Sweden（2012-2014）、ERASMUS+ Strategic Partnerships in Higher Education （與Nordic Baltic Region Universities合作，2017-2022）、Transport Area of Advance at Chalmers（2017, 2021-22）、與C/0 City Working Group: Planning for Biodiversity and Ecosystem Services（現在）等，為當前瑞典與其他歐洲城市面對全球暖化、文化轉型等挑戰時，嘗試發展有效之規劃模型與治理政策。
