Submission Guidelines
To ensure a fair and standardized review process, abstracts should be no more than 300 words in English and must include a title, 3-5 keywords, author(s), affiliation(s), and contact information. Additionally, they must also include a 50-word bio for each author, which will be included in the program book. All submissions should be formatted according to the APA style guidelines (7th edition). Please submit your abstract via the conference submission portal. All received abstracts will be sent out for a blinded review and evaluated based on the conference’s criteria.
To ensure diversity in the conference and maintain review efficiency, each contributor is allowed to submit up to two abstracts. However, contributors are allowed to submit only one abstract as the first author, while any additional submission must list them as a co-author. This policy is intended to provide more presenters with the opportunity to participate, encourage a broader range of contributors, and enhance the diversity of the conference.
