NTA Bylaws: Article XI, Section 6. Negotiations Team:
- The Negotiations Team shall consist of five Active members of the Association and shall be appointed by the President with advice and consent of the Executive Board.
- Replacement to fill vacancies shall be made by the same process as for the original appointment.
- An effort shall be made to provide that members represent the various levels and areas of the certificated unit.
- The Negotiations Team shall be repsonsible to the Executive Board for conducting negotiations, including the preparation of membership surveys, negotitation packages, and proposals.
