By RSVPing, registering, or purchasing a ticket for any NSW-PAH Mosh ("Event"), you (“you”, “Attendee”) agree to these terms and conditions. These terms supplement your statutory rights under the Australian Consumer Law and cannot exclude, restrict or modify those rights. For the ACCC's guidance on consumer guarantees, see their factsheet: Buying tickets to events.
We guarantee all services will comply with ACL mandatory consumer guarantees, including being of acceptable quality, fit for purpose, and matching any description provided.
Nothing in these terms affects your rights under the ACL. You may still be entitled to a remedy even if our terms suggest otherwise.
RSVP or ticket confirmation grants you the right to attend the Event on the specified date and venue, subject to compliance with venue rules and any Event partner/NSW-PAH conditions.
We may revoke admission for non-compliance with NSW-PAH, Event or venue policies.
Event organisers reserve the right to refuse entry or eject participants from an event, if removed or refused entry a refund for the cost of the ticket will be issued.
If the Event is cancelled or significantly changed by the organiser (e.g., headlining act changed, venue moved far away), you are entitled to a full refund or another remedy in accordance with your ACL rights.ACCCConsumer.gov.au
For minor changes or postponements, we will communicate your options promptly.
No refund is available if the Event cannot proceed due to force majeure (e.g., government restrictions or natural disasters); in such instances, any available remedy is outlined here.
No refund is available for Change of Mind purchases
Tickets are non-transferable and may not be resold for profit without prior written permission. Any breach may void the ticket without a refund.
If reselling is permitted, resellers must clearly state that they are not the authorised seller and disclose the original price if different from the resale price
All fees must be clearly disclosed upfront (no “drip pricing” tactics).
The total price you pay includes all mandatory charges such as booking and service fees. We do not reserve undisclosed charges until checkout.
We will not enforce any clause that may be considered an unfair contract term under the ACL.
Please refer to the ACCC's Contracts guidance for more on drafting fair terms.
If you believe we have breached your statutory rights, please contact us at info@nswpah.org with your order details and issue description.
If unresolved, you may contact the ACCC or your local Fair Trading office. Complainants can consult ACCC's resources such as Buying tickets to events and Selling tickets to events for guidance.
We reserve the right to update these terms. Current terms will be published on our Event website; your purchase or RSVP binds you to the version effective at that time.
