Logging in with UH Credentials:
1. Go to “My Account”
2. Click on “Login”
3. Choose “Login with Cougarnet”
4. On Pop-Up menu, Username type your CougarNet, On Password type your Cougarnet password

Adding Products:
In our store, we have a variety of items useful to UH students, faculty, & staff which can be divided into the following categories:
- Printing Services
- Technology Services
- Research Services
- Courses
- Gases
- "Research Store" Shop Products
- Clearance Items
- Request Services
Once the Product is Chosen; Include Information Required and Add to Cart
Checking-Out:
1. Once you are ready to check-out click
on the top-right, black box with cart icon
2. Verify that cart is correct and click “Check Out”
3. Billing Details:
Include the billing information:
- If paying through Invoice: Enter your PI’s Information and Department.
- If paying through Credit Card: Enter your Information
4. Delivery Details:
Include the delivery address in you will have your items delivered
- If No Delivery, simply keep the pre-populated address
5. Delivery Method
Chose if you will pick up from store or prefer on-campus delivery
6. Payment Method
Select your PI from the drop-down list or choose the Credit Card option.
- If you Do Not See PI, contact Research Store
7. Confirm Order
Verify Order and Click “Confirm”
