About Me
I grew up in central Nebraska. I went to Centura Public Schools for all of my elementary and high school experience. I grew up in Cairo, Nebraska .I chose to attend Doane for its reputable teacher education program and my family's history with it.

My Parents
My parents are both teachers at Centura Public Schools. My dad, Scott, teaches 6th grade (all subjects). My love of movies and music mostly comes from my dad. He introduced me to a lot of my favorites.
My mom, Diana, teaches Preschool, and she helped me develop my love of reading when she read to me as a kid.

My sister, Brynn (right), got all the good dancer genes. She teaches dance in Crete!
Finley (left) is a constant reminder that it's okay to be nerdy. She's the biggest classic rock, 80s movie, and Stranger Things fan that I know.
