PUBLIC NOTICE OF SURPLUS PROPERTY AVAILABILITY
Pursuant to RCW 28A.335.180

Notice is hereby given that Northshore School DIstrict has declared certain textbooks, books, equipment, materials, and other educational property as surplus. In accordance with RCW 28A.335.180, these items are being made available for sale, lease, or rent to public school districts and approved private schools within Washington State at the greater of depreciated cost or fair market value. Students wishing to purchase surplus textbooks shall be given priority as provided by law. Interested school districts and approved private schools may contact NSD Surplus at 425-408-7870 or Surplus@nsd.org for information regarding available items and acquisition procedures. Unless otherwise provided by law, the surplus property will not be offered for sale, lease, or rent to private individuals, firms, organizations, or nongovernmental agencies until at least thirty (30) days after publication of this notice. This notice is published in compliance with RCW 28A.335.180.
