Why this project?
In order to be successful in the technology classroom it is important to be able to interpret a set of plans and create the product accurately. This project is a brief introduction to these ideas. You will be given a design with constraints that must use to accurately layout, cut, and assemble a storage box which will be used for the remainder of the semester to help store pieces to other projects. This project serves as an introduction to the technology lab so everyone can become familiar with lab procedures as well as get some hands on activity with tooling.
