Also congrats and job well done to all students who designed and made these works of art.  This contest was EXTREMELY close!  All dresses earned a great deal of votes and it was hard to tell which would win until the very last vote was counted.  Thank you also to participants who voted - this supported the students and contributed to the community of our school in a wonderful way!
