Access Your Student’s School
Account From Home
Directions for getting into Your Google Account at Home
Open Internet Explorer or Google Chrome
This can be done on desktop, laptop, ipad or tablet. Type www.nscsd.org in the address bar
Click on the District Tab
Click on Student Resources Click Technology Resources for students
Follow directions on this site.
Log into your Google Account with your user name
Enter your student user Id- 28jsmith@g.nscsd.org
Click next, Student password- 3rd and 4th Grade
First Initial upper case, lowercase last name initial and 6 digit Pin (Lunch) number Ex; Adam Case Ac123456

Open the Chrome Browser
Google G Suite tools work best in Chrome
See instructions below if you do not have Chrome and need to sign in to your Google Account directly or find out if downloading the Chrome Browser on your device is right for you.

Sign in to Chrome
Click on the person (Upper Right)
Use your district username followed by @g.nscsd.org
Use your district password then select "link data"
Bookmark or "favorite" sites you use often.
Be sure to sign out when you are done!

Navigate to your Google Tools
Open a new tab with the + at the top
Use the "box of tiles" to see your Google Tools
or
Navigate to the tools by typing the web address https://drive.google.com https://classroom.google.com
If you don’t have a Chrome Browser follow the instructions on the next page.
No Chrome browser? No Problem! Sign in to Google.
Search for a Google Tool
Use any search engine to search for the web-based tools like Google Classroom or Google Drive or just type the web address
https://drive.google.com or https://classroom.google.com
Sign in to Google
Use your district username: 28your first initial capitalized and last name@g.nscsd.org
Use your district password: first and last initial and the last six digits of lunch pin
Be sure to sign out
Directions to get on Google Drive:
Go to nscsd.org
under the District tab go to the Resources section and select Student Resources
look for the Google Drive option
sign into Google Drive using her sign in username: 28your first initial capitalized and last name@g.nscsd.org and password is your first and last initial and the last six digits of lunch pin
you should then be able to see the story you started in class and work on it from home.
Directions to get on Typing Website
Go to nscsd.org
under the District tab go to the Resources section and select Student Resources
look for the Google Classroom option
sign into Google Drive using her sign in username: 28your first intial and last name@g.nscsd.org and password is Room122
Look for the Mrs. Rinella Classroom and then in the red banner go to the ABOUT tab. EdClub link will bring you to typing lesson you were working on in school.
