Reminder: Monday August 21st is the first day of varsity practice. The pre season and regular season practice schedule is outlined below. I am also attaching this years meet schedule. CNS Girls Varsity Swimming and Diving
Practice Schedule:
Pre Season:
Monday August 21st- Friday August 25th @ Nottingham Pool 11am-1pm
Bus pick up @ CNS Flagpole at 10:15am and will return Swimmers & Divers to the same location at 1:30pm.
Monday August 28th - Friday September 1 @ Nottingham Pool 11am-1pm
Bus pick up @ CNS Flagpole at 10:15am and will return Swimmers & Divers to the same location at 1:30pm.
Monday September 4th –Labor Day–No Practice
Regular Season:
Starting Tuesday, September 5th through the remainder of Season @ Nottingham Pool 6:30pm-8:30pm, Monday- Thursdays:
Bus pick up @ CNS Flagpole at 5:50pm and will return Swimmers & Divers to the same location at 8:50pm
**Fridays we will only practice until 8pm (pick up time is still 5:50pm), and have the swimmers back to CNS at 8:30pm
