Forensic Psychological Evaluations

I provide psychological evaluations, consultation, and expert testimony upon request. Here is a sample of the types of evaluations I conduct:

• Civil: Injury Cases, Independent Medical Examination, Disability (e.g. L&I, SSI), Fitness for Duty, Testamentary Capacity, Capacity for Medical Decision Making, Civil Commitment
• Criminal: Competency to Stand Trial, Mental Status at the Time of Offense, Sentencing Evaluations, Risk Evaluations
• Family: Child custody, parenting capacity, court ordered mental health evaluations
