Student's may be encouraged to read if they create a list of books they want to read (or you can reach out to their classroom teacher or reading teacher for ideas). This also provides fun ideas for places, people, and times to read!
Even in summer there's days we cannot get outside. Have your students try an indoor scavenger hunt. They are reading the list while getting some movement in!
