Hotel Information

Students will be staying in quint-occupancy rooms while on the trip.

Rooms will be gender specific and will be assigned as we get closer to the trip.

As we get closer to the trip date, students may request specific roommates to stay with throughout the trip. We will do our best to honor these requests, but please be aware that some requests my not be honored as we will need to fill rooms.

While in the hotel:

• Students will not be allowed to enter hotel rooms of the opposite gender
• All rules from NRHS as well as the hotel must be followed
• Any students found with illegal substances or performing illegal acts will be sent home immediately
• Students may not leave hotel room after lights out
  • This may vary by day depending on the final itinerary, but, roughly 11pm each night.
• Quiet hours in the hotel are from 9pm - 7am.

Be Mindful: We are not the only ones staying in the hotel, while we will try our best to have all of our rooms on the same floor, there may be rooms that are adjacent to general public rooms. This may include airline personal, who need sleep.

Each morning, students will eat breakfast provided by the hotel. Please have students take advantage of this as their meals for the rest of the day will be budgeted with a $35 a day "debit" card.
