We have a large amount of unclaimed clothing in our lost and found bin. We are going to donate these clothes after April 1st. If your child is missing a piece of clothing, please have them look through the bin. It is located across from the middle school cafe. There are also dozens of water bottles that will need to be recycled. Thank you for your help with this.
With the warmer weather coming, more students will be walking and biking to and from school. Please be sure to follow the drop-off and pick-up routes as outlined in the attached documents. Kindly refrain from using unauthorized areas, including the loading dock and neighborhood streets, for student pick-up and drop-off.
Parents and families are encouraged to use the lower lot to facilitate drop-off and pick-up as needed.

We are excited to share that we will be running a workshop on April 14th for middle school students, incorporating the Celtics Playbook Curriculum materials. This program was developed by the Boston Celtics and focuses on helping middle school students develop the skills necessary to navigate challenging social situations. The program focuses on training high school students to lead discussions/workshops with middle school students.
The workshop will be held on April 14th from 8:30-10:15 in the middle school library. We are looking for approximately 20 middle school students to participate. Please talk with your child about this opportunity and complete the information in this form if you would like your middle school child to be considered for participation in this program. Space is limited as we need to cap the training at 20 students. If we receive more than 20 names, we will use a lottery system to determine who participates in the program.
Any NRMS students who participated in the workshops last year are welcome to apply again. Please just note that we will likely use some of the same materials from last spring. Sign-ups will be closed on April 1. You will be notified by email by April 6th about your child’s participation in this program. If you have any questions, please let me know. Thank you!

Thank You for Supporting Take-A-Tag
Dear Students, Parents, Teachers, and Staff,
On behalf of the North Reading Take-a-Tag program, I would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to everyone who contributed to the success of our 2025 Take-A-Tag program.
Take-A-Tag was a wonderful example of what we can achieve in the goal of supporting those who are unable to provide the basics and extras during financial struggles. When our school community works together with a shared purpose we all win. Because of your participation, the 2025 program was not only successful but also a meaningful learning experience for everyone involved.
Thank you once again for your commitment, generosity, and school spirit.
With sincere appreciation,
Jerrilyn Rinaldi
Program Coordinator
