NRPS Bias Incident Report Form

Student Experience Vision Statement:  All students in North Reading will feel welcome, safe, and valued for who they are and supported to reach their potential as global citizens. Students will feel personally connected to their learning experiences and will feel represented inside and outside of the classroom ensuring a sense of belonging.

That being said, we understand experience and education to greatly impact student understanding and growth. Many times microaggressions or other experiences may negatively impact a student or experience. A bias incident is conduct, speech, or expression motivated, in whole or in part, by bias or prejudice.  Through awareness and education we hope to continuously improve our practices and the culture and climate of our learning environments to ensure all students feel connected and a sense of belonging in our classrooms, schools, and community.
